Port Hope Suites uses a digital check-in system. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. While there is no full-time concierge, our staff are always available for urgent assistance.
Each suite has one reserved parking spot, permitted between check-in and check-out times.
Port Hope Suites does not have an elevator. Your room may be up 1 or 2 flights of stairs.
Check-in any time after 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. You may request an early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Only the registered number of hotel guests are permitted in the room after 11:00 pm. All non-registered guests will be asked to leave the hotel rooms/hallways. Parties are defined by excessive noise and more than the registered number of guests after 11:00pm. They are strictly forbidden and will be subject to a $750.00 fine.
We also ask that you are considerate of your neighbours and keep noise at acceptable levels. Noise issues may be subject to eviction.
The hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the hallways, stairs, or lobby. If evidence of smoking or smoke is found, a minimum fine of $300.00 per day will be applied to the bill.
